Investigators from the Chernihiv District Police Department have completed their pre-trial inquiry and forwarded an indictment to court against an anesthesiologist employed at one of Chernihiv's medical centers. According to the investigation, the doctor failed to properly perform his professional duties, grossly violating qualification requirements and safety standards in anesthesiology. As a result of these violations, a 42-year-old patient died following cosmetic procedures. The pre-trial investigation has been concluded, and the indictment has been submitted to court for consideration on the merits.
