Heavy Rain Warning Issued for Chernihiv Oblast on September 23

The Chernihiv Regional Hydrometeorological Centre has warned of a Level 1 dangerous meteorological event — heavy rain — forecast for Chernihiv Oblast during the afternoon of September 23. Patchy fog is possible overnight and in the morning. Winds will blow from the south-west, shifting to the north-west, at speeds of 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s in some areas during the afternoon. Overnight temperatures across the oblast will range from +4 to +9°C, rising to +12–+17°C during the day.
