Police Catch 17 Drunk Drivers in Chernihiv Oblast Over the Weekend

Patrol officers documented 17 cases of drunk driving across Chernihiv Oblast during the weekend. All offenders now face court proceedings.

Over the course of the weekend, patrol police officers detected and documented 17 instances of drivers operating vehicles while showing signs of intoxication in Chernihiv Oblast. Administrative case files have been drawn up for each recorded incident and will be forwarded to court. Police are urging all drivers to act responsibly on the road and to refrain from getting behind the wheel while under the influence of alcohol.
