Chernihivoblenergo Honours Ten Fallen Employee-Defenders on Remembrance Day

On 29 August, Ukraine's Day of Remembrance of the Defenders, Chernihivoblenergo paid tribute to ten of its employees who were killed while defending the country's independence.

On 29 August, Ukraine marks the Day of Remembrance of Defenders who gave their lives for the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the state. On this day, Chernihivoblenergo JSC honoured its workers who went to the front and never came home. The fallen energy workers are: Kostiantyn Smielov, Oleksandr Kreps, Oleksii Sokorynsky, Ivan Kuprienko, Anatolii Shekula, Dmytro Serdiuk, Serhii Nikitin, Volodymyr Ushkalenko, Andrii Trepach, and Oleksandr Yudytsky. The company emphasised that these men consciously left their jobs and peaceful lives to defend the future of every Ukrainian. Their names are forever written into the history of the enterprise. The Chernihivoblenergo team asks everyone to remember the heroes and honour their memory.
