Emergency Water Shutdown on Sosnova Street Leaves 12 Houses Without Supply

On 8 August 2026 at 13:34, the municipal utility Chernihivvodokanal shut off water supply on Sosnova Street following an emergency burst on a 100 mm pipeline near building No. 80. Residents of the following private addresses are currently without water: 43, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 72, 74, 76, 78, 80, and 82 Sosnova Street — a total of 12 households. Emergency repair crews are working at the site. The works are scheduled to be completed by 12 August 2026. Throughout the repair period, drinking water will be delivered to affected residents.
