Over 3,000 enforcement cases opened in Chernihiv Oblast this year over utility debt

More than three thousand enforcement proceedings related to unpaid utility bills have been opened in Chernihiv Oblast since the beginning of this year. The largest share of the debt involves heating services. The enforcement service has launched active work with debtors throughout the region. Residents of Chernihiv and Chernihiv Oblast are being reminded of the importance of paying utility bills on time to avoid the opening of enforcement proceedings and the legal consequences that follow.
