A patrol unit was immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, officers found an 85-year-old woman who was confused and unable to recall her home address. Keeping calm, the officers managed to reach the woman's daughter by phone, who provided the necessary details. The patrol then transported the pensioner home and handed her over to her family.
