Ukraine is moving to winter time. At 4:00 a.m. clocks must be set back one hour, to 3:00 a.m. Residents of Chernihiv are advised to check the time settings on their smartphones, computers, and other devices. Special attention is urged for those with upcoming trips: departure times printed on already-purchased tickets may have been issued with the new time zone in mind, so travellers should confirm the details in advance.
