Chernihiv motorcyclist caught riding without a licence and while intoxicated faces four administrative charges

Patrol police in Chernihiv stopped a motorcyclist who had no driving licence and was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. The rider was served with four administrative violation reports.

Patrol police officers in Chernihiv pulled over a motorcycle rider who was found to have committed multiple breaches of traffic law at once. When officers checked his documents, it emerged that the man held no licence to operate a motor vehicle. His behaviour also gave grounds to suspect he was driving while intoxicated. Following the check, police drew up four administrative violation reports against the offender. Law enforcement officials took the opportunity to remind all drivers of their obligation to carry a valid driving licence of the appropriate category and to never get behind the wheel while under the influence of alcohol.
