May 3 is the final day of the submission period for April electricity meter readings. Chernihivoblenergo is urging customers who have not yet reported their readings to do so without delay. The following methods are available: Phone lines: — Automated line 772-902 — submit readings without speaking to an operator. — Line 772-901 — select option 2 from the menu to submit readings. Online services: — E-Svitlo personal account: https://cn.e-svitlo.com.ua/ (if the system does not accept current readings because they are lower than the estimated billing figures, use the Viber or Telegram chatbot instead). — Viber bot: https://chernihivoblenergo.com.ua/in_viber — Telegram bot: @ChernigivOEbot — E-Svitlo mobile app: available for download on Google Play.
