At around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, a woman called the 102 emergency line to report that her son had gone missing. According to her, the boy had left for school that morning but had not returned home by evening and was not answering his phone. A patrol unit was dispatched to the scene immediately. The officers spoke with the mother, noted the child's description, and broadcast an alert over the radio. They then began searching nearby streets and courtyards. After questioning witnesses, police established the boy's likely whereabouts. He was found on Teroborony Street and taken home. The patrol officers held a preventive conversation with the family and notified juvenile prevention unit staff about the incident. Police remind parents to always agree with their children on a time to return home and to stay informed about their whereabouts. If a child goes missing and you cannot reach them, call 102 immediately.
