Chernihivoblenergo: Electricity Meter Readings Accepted from 30 August to 3 September

The monthly meter-reading submission window has opened. Chernihivoblenergo reminds customers of the online services and phone lines available for submitting their electricity meter data.

From 30 August to 3 September, Chernihivoblenergo is accepting electricity meter readings from consumers. The following online services are available for submitting readings: • E-Svitlo personal account: https://cn.e-svitlo.com.ua/ • Viber bot: https://chernihivoblenergo.com.ua/in_viber • Telegram bot: @ChernigivOEbot • E-Svitlo mobile app — available for download on Google Play Market. Users of the E-Svitlo Android app are advised to update it to the latest version before submitting their readings. Customers may also submit readings by phone through the following lines operated by Chernihivoblenergo: • 772-902 — automated line, no operator assistance required; • 772-901 — menu-based line; press button 2 to submit meter readings.
