Chernihiv is carrying out comprehensive thermal modernisation works at five multi-apartment buildings as part of a drive to improve energy efficiency across the city's housing stock. The project aims to reduce heat loss and lower residents' heating costs. Works include insulating exterior walls, replacing windows and entrance doors in common areas, and upgrading heating supply systems. Authorities say that implementing such projects significantly improves living comfort and cuts energy consumption in the residential sector.
