Chernihiv driver stopped during curfew with alcohol level more than ten times the legal limit

Police detained a drunk driver who took to the road during restricted hours, with a blood alcohol level far exceeding the permissible norm.

Patrol officers in Chernihiv stopped a driver operating a vehicle while intoxicated during the active curfew period. Tests revealed that the offender's blood alcohol level exceeded the legal limit by more than ten times. The driver committed two violations simultaneously: driving under the influence and breaching curfew restrictions. The relevant administrative materials have been drawn up against him.
