Emergency Water Shutdown on Natsionalnoi Hvardii Street in Chernihiv

Residential buildings No. 46–49 on Natsionalnoi Hvardii Street will be without water from 20:20 on 25 May until approximately 30 May 2026 due to a burst water main.

Chernihiv's water supply has been temporarily cut to several private homes following a burst on a 50 mm water main at the intersection of Martyna Nebaby Street and Natsionalnoi Hvardii Street, where emergency repair works are under way. The outage affects private residential buildings at 46, 47, 48, and 49 Natsionalnoi Hvardii Street. The shutdown began at 20:20 on 25 May 2026 and is expected to last until approximately 30 May 2026. The municipal utility Chernihivvodokanal will arrange water delivery to the affected area. Residents are advised to store an adequate supply of water in advance.
