Chernihivoblenergo: Meter Readings Accepted Online and by Phone from September 29 to October 3

Chernihivoblenergo reminds customers that electricity meter readings can be submitted between September 29 and October 3 via online services, a mobile app, or by phone.

Customers of Chernihivoblenergo have until October 3 inclusive to submit their electricity meter readings for the current billing period. The following online tools are available for submitting readings: • E-Svitlo personal account: https://cn.e-svitlo.com.ua/ • Viber bot: https://chernihivoblenergo.com.ua/in_viber • Telegram bot: @ChernigivOEbot • E-Svitlo mobile app for Android, available on Google Play Market Important: customers using the E-Svitlo Chernihiv app for Android are asked to update it to the latest version before submitting their readings. For those who prefer to use the phone, the company operates an automated line at 772-902, where readings can be submitted without speaking to an operator. Readings can also be submitted by calling 772-901 and pressing 2 in the voice menu.
