Russian forces attacked the centre of Mena, a city in Koriukivka district of Chernihiv Oblast, this evening. According to preliminary data, 12 local residents were wounded as a result of the strike, including four children. The attack damaged administrative buildings, residential houses, shops, and vehicles. Chernihiv Oblast police are working at the scene: documenting the destruction, recording damage, and gathering evidence of yet another war crime committed by the Russian occupiers.
