Chernihivoblenergo: meter readings submission window open July 30 – August 3

Chernihivoblenergo reminds residents that the scheduled electricity meter readings submission period runs from July 30 to August 3. Customers can submit their readings via online services, a mobile app, or an automated phone line.

From July 30 to August 3, Chernihivoblenergo JSC opens its regular window for customers to submit electricity meter readings. Consumers may choose whichever submission method suits them best. Available online tools: — E-Svitlo personal account: https://cn.e-svitlo.com.ua/ — Viber bot: https://chernihivoblenergo.com.ua/in_viber — Telegram bot: @ChernigivOEbot — E-Svitlo mobile app (Android) — available on Google Play. Important: users of the E-Svitlo Chernihiv app for Android must update it to the latest version before submitting their readings. Readings can also be submitted without speaking to an operator via the automated phone line at 772-902. When calling 772-901, select option 2 in the voice menu to submit meter readings.
