Emergency Water Outage on Kotsiubynsky Street as Crews Work to Repair Burst 500mm Main

Residents and organisations on Kotsiubynsky, Honcha and Tarnovsky streets have been left without water supply from 21 to 26 July 2026 following an emergency burst on a 500mm water main.

Chernihiv utility workers shut off water supply at 11:45 on 21 July 2026 to carry out emergency repair works on a 500mm diameter water main at 94 Kotsiubynsky Street. The outage is expected to last until 20:00 on 26 July 2026. The following addresses are affected: Multi-storey residential buildings: 79 and 84 Kotsiubynsky Street. Private residential consumers: 90, 92, 92a, 94 and 96 Kotsiubynsky Street. Organisations and businesses: 82 and 87 Kotsiubynsky Street; 37 Honcha Street; 34a Tarnovsky Street.
