Chernihivoblenergo reports on its work during the first quarter of 2026

Energy workers repaired more than 21 km of overhead power lines, replaced 141 poles, and cleared more than 567 km of transmission line corridors.

A review meeting on the results of the first quarter of 2026 was held at Chernihivoblenergo JSC. Due to the current information and security situation, the company has disclosed only a portion of its achievements. Between January and March 2026, the utility completed the following work: - major overhaul of 21.21 km of 35–110 kV overhead lines; - replacement of 264 insulators on 35–110 kV overhead lines and 26 insulators on 0.4 kV lines; - major overhaul of 54 transformer and distribution substations; - major overhaul of 73 circuit breakers rated at 10 kV; - replacement of 19.85 km of conductor on 0.4–10 kV overhead lines; - replacement of 141 poles on 0.4–10 kV overhead lines; - clearance of 25.04 km of 35–110 kV overhead line corridors and 542.37 km of 0.4–10 kV line corridors. Some of the work was carried out in response to requests from consumers. During the first quarter, the company's call centre received 170 complaints regarding the technical condition of the electricity networks.
