Chernihiv is currently experiencing rainy weather with strong wind gusts, posing risks for all road users. Drivers are advised to reduce their speed and increase the following distance to other vehicles, avoid sudden maneuvers, and exercise extra caution on bridges, exposed road sections, and areas near trees. Vehicles should not be left parked under trees, near billboards, or close to other unstable structures, as gusty winds may cause them to fall. Pedestrians are encouraged to cross the road only at designated crossings, stay alert, and wear reflective elements to improve their visibility in poor weather conditions.
