At around one o'clock in the morning, a woman contacted the 102 emergency line to report that her 14-year-old daughter had gone missing. According to the mother, the girl had left for a walk earlier in the day and had not returned home. Patrol officers immediately collected a description of the child and circulated an alert to all patrol crews. Before long, inspectors managed to make contact with the girl and establish her location. The teenager explained that she had simply lost track of time. Officers brought the girl home and handed her over to her mother. The juvenile police unit was also notified of the incident. Law enforcement reminded parents that open conversations, attentiveness, and mutual trust within the family help prevent such situations. They encouraged parents to take an interest in their children's leisure activities and to agree on regular check-ins during outings.
