Trolleybuses suspended on May 16: buses to replace routes 2 and 11

On May 16, 2025, trolleybus operations in Chernihiv will be temporarily suspended starting at 05:00 due to scheduled technical maintenance at traction substations. To ensure passengers are not left without transport, replacement buses will operate on routes 2 and 11 for the duration of the outage. According to preliminary information, power is expected to be restored within two to three hours of the shutdown, after which trolleybuses will return to their normal schedule. Passengers are asked to take these changes into account when planning their journeys.
