Chernihiv's mobile shelters are not restrooms: a call for responsible use

The Chernihiv city authorities have appealed to residents to use municipal property responsibly, with particular concern raised over the mobile shelters installed across the city. Reports have emerged of the shelters being misused: some are being soiled or used as toilets, which officials say is completely unacceptable. The mobile shelters were put in place to protect people during air-raid alerts and must remain clean and fit for use at all times. City authorities are asking Chernihiv residents to respect shared public infrastructure and to consider the comfort and safety of all citizens.
