Water Main Break on Varzara Street Cuts Supply to Several Private Homes

From 24 to 31 August 2026, residents of three private homes on Knyazia Davyda Svyatoslavycha Street are without water due to emergency repair works on a burst water main at 131 Varzara Street. Drinking water delivery has been arranged for the affected households.

Emergency repair works are under way on a 100 mm water main at 131 Varzara Street, Chernihiv, following a pipe burst. As a result, water supply has been suspended to private consumers at 67, 69, and 71 Knyazia Davyda Svyatoslavycha Street. The outage runs from 9:50 a.m. on 24 August until 8:00 p.m. on 31 August 2026. Drinking water will be delivered to affected residents for the duration of the works.
