Chernihiv Signs Memorandum on Critical Infrastructure Modernization at URC 2026

On the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026), Chernihiv concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation on the modernization of the city's critical infrastructure. The signing of the document opens opportunities to attract international partners and funding for the restoration of key facilities, including energy supply, water supply, transport, and other vital urban systems. Details of the memorandum and the specific list of facilities slated for modernization are currently being finalized.
